The annual output of Chinese synthetic diamond up to now is approaching 4.4 billion carats and this annual output has undoubtedly become the number one since year 2000.

Weber (We) and Reynold (Re) numbers represent a flow pattern during the drop formation process in a DoD system [17].

With increasing PC content, the combined effect of phase separation-induced crystallization and the availability of more amorphous segments can lead to an increased number of nucleation sites during solidification.
This physical hindrance by the increased number of amorphous segments disrupts the efficient packing of crystalline segments and restricts the growth of larger crystallites.
When smaller crystallites are formed, the density of the domain (grain) boundaries also increases [25,27].
More number of boundaries offer more resistance to deformation and tear.
During abrasive wear conditions, when a tear initiates within the material, more number of boundaries arrests the progression of tear and thus, makes the removal of material difficult [13,25].

The bonding of manganese oxide minerals is represented by the wave number 650 cm-1 [25,26], and wavenumber 860 cm-1 indicates the manganese carbonate phase has been completely transformed to manganese oxide [27].
