In this experiment, 752 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer (JINGHUA Instruments, Shanghai) was used to measure OD value of culture solution at 680nm and the statistic analysis of experimental data was performed by Microsoft Excel 2003 software.

The data of mechanical test shown in Table 3 is different components of modified epoxy resin composite materials.
As you can see, there exists more obvious influence on mechanical properties of epoxy resin with different proportion of flexible resin, the hardness decreases with content of flexible resin reduction, the tensile strength, impact strength and elongation when breaking increased firstly and then decreased with the increase in the proportion of flexible resin, that was when the flexible resin in a proper amount , it would impose better toughening effect on epoxy resin .
