In architectural design,improving the quality of the building itself is becoming more of a concern to gain the ability of epidemic prevention to the disease:ensuring natural ventilation in residential space and making the separation of clear and muddy flows,meanwhile,improving the health condition of the living environment to avoid air pollution and producing a greater reduction in transmission of disease dispersal rate.
Climatological data of Xiamen showed that the mean air temperature,hot monthly,is 28.2˚C and the relative humidity is 82% while the indoor comfort temperature is 26˚C and relative humidity is 50%.This implies that it may achieve the comfortable indoor environment for most time in summer and don't need through air conditioning as long as well ventilated.How to utilize the natural ventilation to adjust the air and take ecological energy-saving measures,such as off the air conditioning,which have a great significance to creat a green residence environment.

The obtained research data allowed us to specify holding modes and the duration of them and these enable the generation of objective information on the specific electric resistance of the concrete used for the sleepers during their operation.
However, the manufacturers of reinforced concrete sleepers state the cases of incompliance of this value with the standard value according to the output inspection data of it.
Fig. 1 b gives the experimental dependence of the specific electric resistance of concrete with the compression strength of 20MPa on its moisture W at a temperature of 10 °С, according to the experimental data [2].
Fig. 2 а gives the diagrams of the dependence of specific electric resistance r of the water-saturated concrete with the compression strength of 50 and 30 MPa on its age τ, according to the experimental data [3].
Polarization phenomena can affect the electric resistance measurement data therefore the measurements should be taken prior to the stabilization of instrument readings.

Finally, the validity of the proposed analytical model is compared with numerical solution simulation data results which are obtained by using TCAD device simulator.
The reduction of hot carrier effect near the drain end with the help of a screening effect occurs due to two different gate materials reduce the high electric field at the drain end.
The analytical results are in good accordance with the obtained simulation data.
