Design of Computer-Aided Assembly Software for Precision Machines

Article Preview

Abstract:

Assembly is the very last and most important procedure to ensure the quality of precision machines. The prototype of computer-aided assembly software is designed, which takes the processes, tools and information into consideration. The multi-layer architecture is built, and some key technologies of the software and their preliminary solutions are elaborated. Finally, the initial application of the software is presented.
