Abstract:

Due to lack of collaboration, outsourcing risks gradually turn up, as seriously impact the operations efficiency of companies across the supply chain as well as realization of collaboration effect for 1+1>2. In order to avoid and control the risks, the core company and outsourcing suppliers need to build up the mechanism of collaborated production management, whose features are high integration and concurrent in the whole process of manufacturing, collaboration of manufacturing nodes, systematic combination of production process and dynamic parallel. Based on this, together with investigation of companies and own practice, bring forward collaborated production mode. This mode consists of five sub-systems: closed loop structure with horizontal systematic layer and vertical collaborated layer, supplier detail activities management, production information sharing system and collaborated production performance evaluation. Furthermore, the article makes analysis of the internal operations and external relevance of these five sub-systems. Eventually, emphasizes the key value for quick response to customer demand through continuously enhancing collaboration capability for domestic companies.
