Introduction
Many structures may not be subjected to strong earthquake in the using period, many well-detailed structures possess significant reserve strength and capacity to dissipate energy, seismic load of structure is larger than designed seismic load, it is uneconomic to design complete elastic structure subjected to the stronger seismic load. [1]In advanced seismic design, structure subjected to strong seismic force are allowed to plastic and taken advantage of the fact that the structures possess ductility, dissipate energy and overstrength, design seismic load of fortification earthquake is permitted a reduction by seismic response modification factor (R) and seismic response is computed by elastic analysis, structure displacement of elastic analysis is magnified by displacement amplification factor (Cd) to estimate the max elsto-plastic displacement.

Comparison of mineralogical composition of all samples before bioleaching and

Contaminant ions in the soil or aquifer generally have the following four forms of migration: ①advection is the phenomenon that contaminant ions move with pore water flowing. ②different flow rate leads to high concentration pollution zone geometric diffusion phenomenon is called dispersion. ③diffusion is that contaminant ions migrate from a region of high concentration to a lower concentration and finally tend to mean. ④solute can occur adsorption such as deceleration, detention and so on when through the porous medium, and it can produce chemical reactions leading to the reduction of pollutant concentration.
The calculated results provide basic data for correctly establishing transport model for pollutants in soil water environments, meanwhile it can supply theoretical basis for being able to predict potential hazards what the pollutant have done for underground environment and safe disposal.
