X-Ray Computed Tomography (CT) scanning is an effective method for estimating the porosity of various engineering materials and biomedical specimens such as tissue scaffolds and bones.
The porosity parameter has a significant influence on the strength and performance of materials and therefore the estimation of porosity is of interest across several fields like biomedical engineering, materials engineering and civil engineering [2-5].

Refer to Table 1, the range of weighted positioning error 6-16mm could be accepted by engineering in this rang of wave speed.
Refer to Table 2,the range of weighted positioning error 0-12mm could be accepted by engineering in this rang of wave speed.
At this time, setting wave speed will cause huge locating errors, which could not be accepted by engineering.

Video capture and transmission equipment can be set in the key or covert project site to transfer the real-time video to the system user's computer terminal so that clients can observe the operation scene, check on-site construction technology and engineering methods, processes, engineering materials, construction machines and equipments against the design and specification requirements, and monitor and control the construction quality.
The project has short construction period, long lines, multiple programs and project management is focused on the overall progress of the construction and reconstruction quality control, so engineering data model cannot be created meeting the three-dimensional information integration technology BIM and 4D-CAD requirements.

From the view of the point of the system engineering, the planning of product design makes the product design qualities improve to a great extent.
A systematic design method based on the system engineering is proposed in this paper, which is also called 1+3+X systematic design method [7].
It is an ideal design method based on the product design planning on the system engineering.
At the same time, Japan has developed reliability technology further, and has already made world-leading position in high reliability of the civil electronic products, such products as the automobile, household appliances, CNC’s, etc., took greater share in the international market by the advantage of high-quality.

Anti-Corrosion of Concrete Structures under Marine Environment and the Durability Design of Pinghai Bridge Guodong Zheng1, a 1 School of civil engineering & architecture, Linyi University, Linyi, Shandong, 276005, China azhengguodong@lyu.edu.cn Keywords: Marine environment; anti-corrosion; durability; additional measures Abstract.
However, over a hundred years after the concrete was used in marine projects, the cost for repairing cracks of concrete and steel corrosion in globe was very expensive: About 50 million euros is used only on cross-sea bridges repairing in Britain each year [1]; Twenty thousand bridges need repairing in the United States every year at a cost of approximately $ 1.2 billion [2]; The gulf engineering built in the 1950s in China has been used more than 50 years, the cost of the reinforcement and maintenance of which accounts for about 50% or more in the total investment [3-5].
The main ways and design ideas sea of improving the durability of cross-sea engineering structures The main affecting factors of the durability include the structural design, material properties, construction quality, maintenance, operation and maintenance of components.
To ensure this, engineers made a large number of studies in advance and developed a rigorous technical standard of the concrete.
