Low-carbon buildings should be not only concerned about some physical levels, e.g. reduction in waste of materials and water, increased energy efficiency, but also can think over some lifestyle-levels, e.g. resident locations that provide close, easy access to public transportation, schools, and services.
Some ecological knowledge should be collected and extracted from ecology and restoration ecology, biology and biotechnology, garden architecture and forestry, environmental engineering, soil and water conservation, history and historic preservation etc.

Process of Remote Sensing Interpretation The thesis adopted professional remote sensing software ENVI 4.8 to complete the recognition of landslide, which shall also include the remote sensing handling process like precise geometric rectification, ortho-rectification, data fusion and etc.
The establishment of the interpretation mark system of this landslide recognition shall consist of: (1) Direct Mark: the special forms, size and the color tone and texture features of landslide constituted direct marks for the recognition of landslide. (2) Indirect Mark: The micro landform, water system, plant cover, human activities and so forth of the obvious landslide cliff, landslide steps, enclosed low-lying land, slip tongues and fracture are the indirect marks for the recognition of landslide.

Water management based on “regional objective ET” had been a hotspot in water shortage region.
ET as a characteristic index of “Actual water consumption” is a principal form of water export for the system of regional water resource.
Analyzing the basic condition of region water resource and structure of water consumption, the theory of water management based on “regional objective ET” could resolve water contradiction among industry, living and ecology through efficient water resources allocation and application of water saving measures which could significantly increase the efficiency of water consumption.
Field Measure of ET Monitoring Field measure of ET was a method that ET information was observed on certain site of land surface by professional instruments and equipments.

The uniform design table selected by the professional version of DPS software was taken to arrange experiments, the experiment and the uniformity parameters can be seen in Table 2.

Fig 3 is the TG curses of perlite-based composite phase change energy storage material, it shows that in the cause of constant temperature 75℃, 20 minutes, its weightlessness rate is only 4.35%, it might be mainly the dehydration of composite PCM sample, it’s because a small amount of water vapor in the air was absorbed on the perlite-based materials in the prepare process of the materials, when it is heated, this part of water vapor was taken off firstly, but the phase change energy storage material in the perlite-based materials has no any loss, it indicated that the prepared PCM had a good thermal stability.
