Defining various materials respectively while defining cross-section attributes of shelves, according to the pillars, beams, slanting bars on side, connecting rod and brace on back.
Four kinds of materials could be defined because the sections of connecting rod and brace on back were designed the same size.
Then deformation and stress of every element meet all the requirements of the materials selected.
This method not only saves materials, also greatly improved security and reliability.

Keywords: Mini-thixoforming, semi-solid state, micro-compression test
Abstract: Thixoforming is an alternative forming method, by which intricate and complex-shaped products can be manufactured using a single production step.
The mean size of austenite grains, 12 – 14 µm, is considerably smaller than that of conventionally thixoformed materials.

Shrinkage and creep is the inherent properties of concrete material, and the material is developing with time [4].
In order to analyze the effects of shrinkage and creep affecting performance of concrete structure properly, the mathematical models of shrinkage and creep that can reflect the actual situation of materials should be chosen.

Recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) is a kind of practical and economic material to reuse the great amount of construction and demolition wastes, which has received many discussions nowadays.
Recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) is a kind of material using waste concrete made into recycled aggregate (RA) to substitute natural aggregates partly or totally by processes of washing, crushing, grading and being mixed proportionally.
