Abstract: The extraction of polyethylene residue components in soil was presented in this work, where polyethylene (PE) powder (Mw=5598) was taken as a simulated polyethylene residue, and decalin was as an excellent solvent.

It is widely used in European and American countries in many high performance and high reliability field such as aviation, aerospace, military electronics, microelectronics, semiconductors, bio-medical, cultural relics protection, nano-materials, magnetic materials[1-6].However, it does have one major deficiency: its adhesion is very poor due to hydrophobic nature of film surface.
