This is due to that each agent materials reserve is enough in the early rescue operations, generally meet the current request of the victims.
But in later period, due to the reduction of the materials reserve, each cycle the number of the rescue agents which do not participate in the rescue process increases.

Experimental details Material and specimen.
The continuity of the material was destroyed by the second phase particles contained in aluminum alloy.
Microcracks nucleated in the second phase particles which were equivalent to a notch of materials under fatigue loads.
