Introduction
The main attention in designing and manufacture of critical designation structures is made to their service reliability and operation life that predetermines application of high-strength materials and high quality of the welded joints.
Therefore, solutions should be found by means of performance of complex technological and materials science experiments.

Therefore, to keep the same fire resistance with other types boundary conditions, the more passive fire materials are required.
But research on performance of fire for the SM 570 materials is very limited.
Therefore, the design using hinge to hinge needs more passive fire protective materials than others types.

The usage of high-arsenic materials were limited because the arsenic in the high-arsenic copper sulfide concentrate harms the qualities of copper and acid and pollutes the environment in the existing copper process which used in many large-middle scale high-arsenic copper mines in Yunnan province.

Introduction
Transparent semiconductors are very promising materials for many optoelectronic applications since they allow visible light to pass through but absorb ultraviolet radiations.
Almost all the transparent oxide materials are n-type semiconductors. p-type semiconductors with high figure of merit and transparencies would enable improved variety of new applications including transparent electronic devices.
It has a wide band gap energy of about 3.5 eV(direct) and 1.8 eV(indirect)[3] Fang L,Huang Q L and Peng L P:J.Chinese Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology, 2009,2(29):144-149(in Chinese). .
