Abstract.
Reference to the proposed research results and abroad specification, T-stub connection is widely used in engineer steel connection.
For steel beams, steel columns, T-beam, rib select the steel Q345 which most commonly used in engineering, using the class 10.9 M20 high-strength bolts.
In consideration of the safety factor, has very realistic design engineering significance of this formula with the guidance of the node.

Abstract.
Based on the actual engineering data, the research of bond stress under design tensile is proposed.
FRP material apply in civil engineering mainly in two forms: the first is the reinforcement of the structure has been built; followed by the application in new structures[1].
In bridge engineering, FRP is a new type of material has good prospects for pre-stressed cable.
For the cable of the practical engineering, its bearing capacity has a large surplus.

A new civil signal, L2C, is added to the original L2 signal.
The structure of L2C signal and the generation of CM code 1.1 The structure of L2C signal The L2C PRN code consists of two code sets—the civil moderate (CM) and civil long (CL) PRNs both at the rate of 511.5kcps.
Experiment analysis and results In this paper, all the experiments and simulations were carried out in Key Laboratory of Micro-Inertial Instrument and Advanced Navigation Technology of Ministry of Education, School of Instrument Science and Engineering, Southeast University.
Conclusion Since the first modernized GPS satellite (block IIR-M) added with new GPS civil PRN code, L2-C code, was successfully launched on 26th September 2005.
