Further information on RTDs at different part in constructed wetland is needed due to the heterogeneity of constructed wetlands as the filling materials for constructed wetlands are usually composed of soil, sand and pebbles with different sizes which usually resulting preferential flows and dead zones within the system.
Materials and Methods Study site.
The filling materials are one layer of gravel with diameter of 20-30 mm, one layer of sand with diameter of 2-5 mm and one layer of soil from the bottom to surface with different thickness as shown in Fig. 1.
