To minimize the revision of old scheduling scheme in DRCJDSP-HW, a hybrid dynamic scheduling algorithm was proposed based on the chromosome reduction mechanism and the scheduling optimization of local job in stages.
(4) l Searched the appropriate position to be inserted of gene in multidimensional local chromosome when chromosome reduction according to Eq.(5) and Fig. 3
(5) Fig. 3 Gene Reduction Search l Since the ant colony optimization mechanism may allocate the same time window for different task, the paper introduced a reverse gene insert mechanism for which realized chromosome reduction according to the reverse sequence of local chromosome to guarantee that the earlier scheduling gene had the preferential right of time window.
Among them, the operation patch setup time, standard processing time, loading/unloading time of one operation were expressed separately with the data of “(A)B(C)” in table 1, the empty mean the operation couldn’t been processed on that machine.
Summary This paper constructed DRCJSP-HW dynamic scheduling model and introduced a DRCJSP-HW three-tier dynamic scheduling system based on local time window scheduling which including dynamic disturbance analysis, dynamic disturbance evaluation and dynamic scheduling algorithm: the dynamic disturbance analysis process established data basic for follow-up dynamic scheduling; the dynamic disturbance evaluation process utilized competitive bidding technical of time window to evaluate the influence of disturbance; with the HGAACO dynamic scheduling algorithm based on reverse reduction mechanism of chromosome and scheduling optimization by stage of local task, the minimum revision dynamic scheduling scheme was obtained in accordance with the combinatorial optimization of local task and time window void.

According to the relevant historical and predicted data, the paper examines the process of Carbon Emission Trend of energy consumption in Beijing.
The interpolation algorithm principle Interpolation algorithm is widely used in mathematics ,from a discrete set of data for some value.
So it is more suitable for predicting the annual statistical data.
Can be seen in Fig. 2, the forecasting data of 2013-2020, Beijing carbon emissions data declined slightly in 2019 compared with 2018.In 1996-2012, there is declinedyear,suchas1996-1996.Lagrange interpolation algorithm, therefore, relatively correct prediction of the development of Beijing's carbon emissions.
Summary In energy conservation and emissions reduction and low carbon development road conditions, the author predict the carbon emissions in 2013-2020 data of Beijing on the basis of historical data through Matlab Lagrange interpolation algorithm by programming in the carbon emissions.

All the lift data for all outputs is plotted as a 3D mesh (Figure 2.b), and similar for drag.
The wind speed data is fed into a Blade Element Momentum (BEM) program to determine the aerodynamic loads on the blade.
The Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform of the frequency data is then found to generate discrete time series data at each point.
There are three main inputs to the BEM calculation namely: wind field, blade geometry and aerofoil data.
The lift and drag data for the inner sections of the blade (cylinders and DU foils) are taken from Ref. [3].

This heat treatment enhances strength substantially while there is a reduction in ductility [2-4].
There are little published data describing the changes of tensile properties and microstructure with prolonged aging times.
Results and Discussion Tensile data for various test conditions are shown in Tables 1.
Elongation increases with age time from 20 h to 48 h but no significant reduction in UTS is observed.
Aging at 200 °C from 10 h to 20 h, elongation increases, but no significant reduction in UTS is observed.

The pH reduction rate was significantly high when GTB was added.
Carbon dioxide reductions.A comparative analysis was conducted to examine the carbon dioxide emissions occurred in manufacturing 1 ton of non-cement type powder, and based on this, the amount of carbon dioxide reduction was deduced as follows.
However, it is necessary to add admixture to complement the problems of reduction in strength development due to reduction of hydration products caused by dissociation reaction, and the use of low W/B and admixture for high strength needs to be taken into account.

The relevant data of co-processing of domestic waste in cement kiln came from the actual investigation of typical enterprises, including the data of resources, energy consumption and pollutant discharge before and after co-processing of domestic waste in cement kiln.
In the background data, the transportation list and energy production list came from Sinocenter database, and the mining list of related ores comes from Ecoinvent 3.2 database.
The data of landfill were calculated from the actual data of municipal solid waste sanitary landfill in Guangxi province [12].
Inventory data came from relevant references [13,14].
Analysis on the Environmental Impact of Co-Processing in Cement Kiln According to the investigation results, the direct consumption and emission data co-processing of domestic waste in cement kiln and ordinary cement kiln typical production lines were compared, as shown in Table 1.

Several factors including 1T1R structure and titanium nitride (TiN) bottom electrode (BE) are applied for power reduction.
In order to realize better read performance, 8 bits readout data come from different blocks to avoid thermal crosstalk.
In addition, RESET current decreases deeply with TiN BE (1.6 mA) representing a 56% reduction compared with W BE (3.6 mA).
Consequently, our study does suggest using TiN BE to replace W BE is a trend for power reduction.
The chip based on TiN BE consumes lower RESET current representing a 56% reduction than W BE, and the yield achieves 100%.

All these processes performed by the driver have the effect of producing sounds that influence noise pollution; • Land survey of existing buildings, representing their footprints and entering data regarding the number of floors, in other words the height regime of buildings, data on the number of residents, as seen in Fig. 1. [4].
Assessing the six samples, we found that the highest number of people affected by noise is near the primary school, so we presented additional traffic data.
Conclusion In conclusion, we found that supplementing the data stored in the Geographic Information System with data from periodic acoustic measurements at strategic points determined by specialists, would result in higher accuracy noise maps.
Using data from actual measurements, the plans for road traffic noise reduction measures would be realistic.
