Abstract.
Compression deformation also can be produced in the embankment of bridge engineering under the gravity and vehicle load.
So, we need to determine the size of the foundation soil deformation, understand and estimate the development of settlement with the change of time and the possibility of stable in order to ensure the safety of the bridge engineering [2].

Abstract.
However, EMA has several limitations where it is difficult to excite artificially many civil engineering and mechanical structures due to their physical size, shape or location and EMA usually conducted in the lab environment [4].The technique of OMA or often called Ambient Analysis is applied here to overcome the limitation of EMA.

In this paper, DTIII-2 type damper fastener, low vibration track and vanguard fastener three kinds of rail support more used in engineering were analyzed for its damping performances. 1.1 DTⅢ-2 type damper fastener DTIII-2 type damper fastener is non-shoulder, full elastic and open buckle fastener. Ⅰ-type clips of bolt made in country iron, insulation rubber sheet between rail and iron pad was employed, its structure as shown in Figure2.This kind of fastener is two order vibration reduction fastener, suitable for 60 kg/m rail and monolithic track bed.
