Vehicle stop and go frequently can cause driver fatigue, even traffic accidents.
With the continuous increase of traffic density, urban traffic congestion is getting worse.
By controlling the vehicle braking and driving, achieving vehicle stop and go automatically, reducing the driver fatigue in urban traffic, improving vehicle active safety and driving convenience.
By the research on various of traffic safety distance model domestic and international, summarize three existing safety distance models as follows: the safety distance model based on the kinematic analysis of the vehicle braking process [5], on time headway [6], and on driver model of preview [7].

First, the concentric circle structure about city traffic demands and traffic resources of cities.
But city traffic resource decisions can provide, also decides the city traffic saturation and how to effectively control traffic congestion, traffic congestion control.
Therefore, it brought a series problem, such as city traffic, traffic congestion, average speed is declining, but the traffic accidents increase.
Solve the city traffic jam, the overall objectives and positioning of city public transportation is the completion of the "city public traffic system guarantee, service quality, perfect facilities, operation safety, and management norms", the establishment of city public traffic status in the city traffic system, better satisfies people's basic demand for travel.

With the popularization of passenger vehicle safety devices such as safety belt, airbag and so on, the chance that occupant’s upper limbs were injured seriously was decreased significantly in frontal impact.
Introduction With the development of vehicle safety technology, especially with the popularization of passenger vehicle safety devices such as safety belt and airbag, the chance that occupant’s upper limbs were seriously injured was decreased significantly in frontal impact.
Statistical data of China's traffic accidents in recent years showed that about 72% leg injuries were resulted from frontal crash accidents and hereinto 33% lower leg injuries index exceeded AIS 2 level which stood for moderate severity.

Based on the real traffic volume, a fatigue load vehicle
model can be obtained.
The existing thin bridge decks suffer from fatigue cracking problems immediately after it was open to traffic under overload, but they would have a longer fatigue life if they had took lighter traffic.
Many fatigue cracks have been detected in 10 years after opening to traffic (Fig.9).
Because local members failure couldn't lead the whole structure to failure, the partial safety factor for fatigue loading selected Ff =1.0 and the partial safety factor for fatigue strength was Mf =1.0.

With full knowledge of the basic features positioned in distributing, using and controlling resources in traffic planning, the traffic system developed with traffic demand [3].
So the primary work was to establish the appropriate policy framework on the basis of the traffic situation and planning, with Consulting domestic and international TDM measures, policy and practice.
So there is much safety weakness in the operation.
Feeder airports development Analysis with TDM strategy 4.1 Allocate resources properly The standard construction of the airports is higher than international standard.
