Silica sand is a term used for describing sand with a very high percentage of quartz (silica) grains [14].

According to DongPing He, the Professor of College of Food Science and Engineering, Wuhan Polytechnic University and Head of Fats and Oils Working Group of National Oil and Grain Standardization Committee, in China, there are 2,000,000 to 3,000,000 tons of waste oil being back to table every year, and the consumption of Chinese animal and plant oil is 22,500,000 tons per year.
Besides, the relevant departments are limited by fragmental responsibilities, resulting in managed vacuum which gives a chance for large numbers of illegal factories to recycle and process the oil.
Under the temptation of money, large numbers of illegal factories or workshops engage in illegal recovering and processing.
Lastly, basing on the discharge volume of waste oil each year, local government should set up processing factories which specialize in waste oil disposal in reasonable numbers and optimal address through biding to prevent blind competition.
