At the same time, according to the data of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, 420 cultural heritage sites are located in Orenburg, of which 17 are of federal importance, half are of regional importance and the second half requires a state historical and cultural examination to determine the historical and cultural significance.
To achieve these goals, the following tasks were set: collection, analysis and sistematization of information on the development of the city (historical, archival, project materials, demographic, sociological data on economic development) and conducting a retrospective analysis of the historical development of Orenburg.
This decision can be related to two reasons - economic (lack of funding) and strategic (reduction of attacks by foreigners).

Such a nondestructive data for the damage can be also applied to predict the safe cycle of structural materials.
It was found from these results that the tensile strength of carbon steels is not affected by a weight loss of about 2.5 %, even if there were limited data in the present experimental.

It can be known from the data that the N-Si covalent bond on the test piece surface has been destroyed under the comprehensive action of high temperature and micro-detonation wave.
Since the nitrogen has low density and is volatile, but the Si elements have high density and carry a large amount of oxygen in the air after high temperature gasification, which are rapidly condensed back to the test piece surface after cooling, a large number of O elements and Si elements are enriched at the surface of the formed loose layer. 0.25~0.45mm Table 1 The micro-area elements measure data of the test piece with the energy spectrometer Element the test piece surface before micro-detonation machining the test piece surface after micro-detonation machining Wt% At% Wt% At% C 13.96 23.41 13.28 21.75 N 18.22 26.20 01.55 02.18 O 03.24 04.07 32.10 39.49 Si 64.58 46.31 51.33 35.97 X-ray Diffraction Analysis.
According to the curve, two conclusions can be drawn out: (1) when the electrode micro-detonation pressure attenuates to the negative peak overpressure, it is inevitably to form a negative pressure zone in the spherical space above the concave thus to make the melted, splashed Si 0 40 60 80 100 20 2-Theta-Scale 20 40 Lin (CPS) 60 80 100 Si3N4 0 40 60 80 100 20 2-Theta-Scale 50 100 Lin (CPS) 150 200 250 300 350 and gasified micro-detonation products re-condense on the concave surface again; (2) It is inevitably to form a negative pressure zone in the spherical space below the concave under the action of negative peak overpressure, which has closure effect for the original micro-cracks in the material surface and sub-surface, so the residual stress will not be produced on the deep layer inside the work piece material to cause the reduction of material strength.

The data revealed that the overall stress level was noticeably increased by Nb in solid solution.
The data were perfectly fit by straight lines in all cases.
The reduction of twinning by solutes has been observed previously in other systems such as Cu-Sn alloys [4].

In this paper, all test data are based on TJ type BRB made of homemade Q235 steel.
Since the sample data are limited, we use Bootstrap to evaluate the variance by resampling method with sample data can be put back, the results are listed in Table 5.
So the fatigue data in reference[6] is introduced here for blind test.
The relative conclusions and the accuracy of equations will be validated by comparing test data and predicted data.
For the predicted value with 50% assurance rate, the errors between test data and predicted data are relatively small.

Taking as reference ( obtained with the first part of experimental data) and comparing it with all experimental data and ; a deviation model between and can be determined through an error function as follows .
Therefore, applying to experimental data, the load-deflection curve was reduced until 2.75 kPa.
To determine which pair approximates better the experimental data of load-deflection, finite element simulations were running with the newly extracted data set shown in Figure 3a.
In the figure, there are observed some differences between the simulations and the experimental data.
The load-deflection curve showed a good agreement with the experimental data in the elastic regime.

In contrast, systems according to wireless sensor networks are a reflection of central data in the whole applications.
These results include a collection of raw data that are gathered by sensor nodes from environment.
Raw data reached to sink node processed by a central processors, then gathered based on information obtained from data processed.
Throughput Because the Quality service of delivered data is important for us and the data processing quality in sensor nodes isn’t, the parameters which are involved in data sending to sink node are important for us than those parameter which are important in sensor node.

The results of the numerical simulation were further validated by experimental data, which were obtained from the semi-continuous hot rolling of the austenitic stainless steel. 1.
The results of the numerical simulation were further validated by experimental data, which were obtained from hot rolling at the semi-continuous mill of the Institute of Metal forming at the TU Freiberg. 2.
This further enabled the reduction of the calculation time.

Without other experimental data, these values were generalized until better information is available.
The internal diffusion control, plane surface model, fits data better, by any of these criteria, than the earlier model (equation 3).
Data at 38ºC and respective models.
Testing the model for other conditions is limited by the data available for this purpose.
Experiments may be required to get additional data, e.g., for leaching models.
