A number of approaches for generating electroluminescence from ZnS quantum dots have been reported, including device structures that compose of organic, inorganic and hybrid materials to form charge transport and injection layers [12].
These results conformance according to card number [ICDD PDF 65-1691] which are in a good agreement with the results of the prepared ZnS QDs.

To estimate the ecological service value of research area more precisely, we calculated the economic value of average natural food production of cropland per hectare per year with the data collected from local statistical resources, and national average price of these grain types with data collected from the China Rural Statistical Yearbook in 2011.
