Abstract.
So, I took Xi'an as an example, the investigation result[1,2] showed that there ever built 35 colleges, and in it, there still remained 5 college libraries, they are: the library of Northwestern University, the library of Shaanxi Normal University, the library of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the library of Northwestern Polytechnical University, and the library of Xi'an construction engineering school (today for Chang’an University Xiaozhai Campus).
For example as follows: the library of Northwestern University, the library of Shaanxi Normal University (as shown in Figure 6), and the library of Xi'an construction engineering school.

Abstract
Aluminium borate nanowhiskers with varying aspect ratio were synthesized via sol–gel synthesis.
Among such MMCS, aluminum matrix composite reinforced by aluminum borate whiskers has great civil prospects because of its good performance and low cost.

Abstract: One scale model of 1.5MW wind turbine frustum tower in Baiyun Obo was carried on pseudo-static test.
In this paper, wind turbine tower was carried on pseudo-static test under low reversed cyclic horizontal load, the failure mechanism and characteristics, stress change and distribution laws, hysteretic behavior of tower were studied, which can provide theoretical and experimental foundation for establishing related regulations and standards on wind turbine tower structure and be beneficial to guide the engineering practices.

Introduction
The nonwoven (NW) industry has grown a broad array of engineered fibres and polymer-based products by high-speed, low-cost, innovative, value-added, fully automated processes and the ability to recycle textile products into useful products [1].
For thermal bonding of NWCs (Fig. 2) the laboratory press Labtech Engineering ASTM LP-S-50/S at the required temperature 140 ± 5 °C and pressure 26 ± 1 MPa is used.
Elongation at maximum loading force of NWCs The filtering properties of geotextile are crucial in civil engineering, including road construction, buildings, hydraulic structures etc.
