To some extent, the construction of industrial parks in small cities and towns can optimize and adjust industrial structure in cities and towns, improve production and operation conditions of enterprises and provide socialized services to enterprises, which help form professional enterprise clusters with characters and promote development of urban enterprises[3].
Layout of the planning land The planning lands cover an area of 132.34 hectares which include residential lands, industrial lands, lands for public service facilities, lands for traffic leading to outside, lands for roads and squares, lands for municipal facilities, green belts and water areas.
With Leisure and amusement facilities arranged in the garden, there will be a high quality open type green space which works in concert with water landscapes in the east.
The stretches of water and green lines bring the park with vitality and energy and make the landscapes in the park contrast finely with the natural scenes.
Land for Stage II is located at the south of public facilities land and Xin-Shi Highway size of which is 76.8 hectares, including construction of public engineering facilities for construction area of Stage II such as roads, greening, power supply, water supply, drainage, etc.

New hospitalization department mansion adopts "air and water" central air condition system, whole years in addition to 4, in May and 9, adapt from because the weather is cool in October however in addition to airiness, the rest month all adopts central air condition system.Lately set up a hospitalized department mansion sickroom the air condition circulate the new breeze compare to 0.2.Press and use to request according to the air condition to periodically make to clean, disinfect completely from the professional personnel.
The air condition designs medium should notice: dark the coagulation water dish of dish tube packing breeze machine have to keep to condense water to drain lucid, the cancellation saves water cave slot; The breeze machine dish tube machine set in the sickroom should install in the place of keeping off the patient possibly, in order to prevent the dust cleaning up a filter fly to spread.
Suggest an air condition to condense water at the same time at has been disinfected and handled after again carry on emissions.

In Western countries which are mainly private property rights, there are some natural resources, such as land, forest, mining, water, etc. which are owned privately.
If the atmosphere contains dust, it can be purified by spreading with air currents, precipitation leaching and gravity sedimentation, after the sewage flow into the rivers and lakes, it can be purified through adsorption, precipitation and water dilution, proliferation, the content of volatile contaminants in the soil, such as phenol, cyanide, mercury, etc. can be gradually decreased due to volatilization.
For example, some organic contaminants ultimately generate water and carbon dioxide by oxidation, reduction, copper, lead, zinc, cadmium, mercury and other heavy metal ions in water compounds with sulfide, generate insoluble sulfide precipitates, these are all the chemical purification of the environment.
Plants absorb phenol, cyanide of soil, then transfer them to sugar glycosides and cyanide glycosides, sphaerotilus decompose phenol, cyanide into carbon dioxide and water, green plants release oxygen under the photosynthesis.
Environmental compensation projects authority is responsible for accepting the projects of environmental compensation, but after compensation construction activities for the subject of environmental remediation, whether the purposes of compensation according to project contracts are completed, how effective the compensation is, these should be evaluated by detection of specific environmental quality, evaluation organizations, base on the request of professional, technical division of labor and management of constraints within the organization to contain and prevent rent-seeking.

Abstract.
In recent years, contaminated soil remediation research in international has become an environmental engineering and other related professional and important research frontier, contaminated soil remediation technology is rapidly develop[1-3].United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Britain and other countries have invested huge human and financial resources in researching the remediation of contaminated soil, some technical applications has entered the commercialization stage.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to carry out professional and systematic research in this area.
Microorganisms directly or indirectly play an important role in the soil functions and important soil processes, including the decomposition of animal and plant residues, nutrient storage conversion, water infiltration, gas exchange, the formation and stability of soil structure, organic synthesis, heterologous biological degradation and so on.

Deionized water, and then calcium nitrate tetrahydrate was poured in bioreactor.
In order to obtain dense hydroxyapatite and to pour samples, burnt powder is grinded, grinding and detaching the particles which have merged and then mixed with distilled water.
This mix called slurry has a composition of 70% dry substance and 30% distilled water.
On the first step, 150°C is reached in 30 minutes and the water remaining in the samples is removed.
The sound response was recorded with the aid of a Büel & Kjær 4179 low noise condenser microphone and a Büel & Kjær measuring amplifier 2606 and introduced in the computer with a 16 bits professional sound card.

Walls should be sprinkled with water just before plastering for appropriate bonding.
External tank finishing involved the pointing of the tank and the fixing of the necessary water out let facilities such as water fountain, taps and stopcock (vannes).
It should replace plastic, and rubble stone masonry in the construction of water tanks.
Curved blocks water tanks do not contain corrodible materials to contaminate their contents making it appropriate to collect and store even drinking water.
It is also recommended to all administrative officials, professional engineers and architects, the building contractors, building owners and estates developers to use the concrete window and door frames as an alternative material appropriate for use in various construction projects especially low and medium costs buildings.

Open space is a land and/or water area with its surface open to the sky, consciously acquired or publicly regulated to serve conservation and urban shaping function in addition to providing recreational opportunities" (Marilyn, 1975).
But Tankel (1963) has another opinion, namely that open space is not only the land, or the water on the land in and around urban areas, which is not covered by buildings, but it is also the space and the light above the land.
Though it is always ignored by professionals, politicians and decision makers for the street that acts as the boundary between public and private life, it impinges upon urban life as routes, locations for services and frontages to both residential and business properties (Institute of Civil Engineers, 2000).

Seawater samples with ball cap Q2-3 type water sampler, according to the surface, 25, 50, 100, 150 and 200m 6 levels collection, to analysis water temperature, salinity and concentration of nutrients.
Micro phytoplankton samples were treated with capacity of 5dm3 ball cover type organic glass water sampler collecting 6 levels of Water 500ml and silk screen mesh hole width 64mm, the diameter 37cm, long 270cm, net hole area made of 0.1m2 phytoplankton standard small network, used as vertical drag collection from 200m water depth to 0m.
Collected sea water samples were filtered by Whatman GF/F glass fiber membrane (pre burned for 2 hours in 450°C).
At the Antarctic convergence zone to the south, under the influence of water seepage, exchange, water temperature and salinity of the sub Antarctic obviously decreased, promoting the growth of photosynthetic plankton, average value of Chl a concentration ratio is about 6 times higher than subtropical water concentration.
Chl a concentration in the shelf area is higher, and it’s limited in the water shallower than 25m.

In 2007, Urumqi government reformed its MSW treatment fee system, because of the low percentage charges level of MSW treatment fee before, from 3 RMB fixed fee per person per month to water consumption based fee system.
For example, when the residents consume 1 m3 water for household use, 1 RMB of MSW treatment fee will be charged; for commercial use, 0.8 RMB will be charged.
However, this amount of budget is accordance with the water consumption of the residents, not the MSW generated amount and related service.
The huge amount of leachate, which couldn’t be treated in time, may badly pollute the nearby underground water, soil and air, endangering people’s health.
While credible and valuable data are obtained though scientific research, fruitful and constructive ideas related to MSWM could be provided by professionals, which could unquestionably improve the general efficiency of MSWM.
