Introduction The Al-Fe-V-Si alloy with excellent room and high temperature strength, ductility, fracture toughness, good thermal stability, low density and other characteristics favored a new aerospace materials[1-2].
Therefore, the study of evolution of spray forming FVS0812 aluminum alloy’s organizations with the temperature is important to reform alloy’s preparation and improve the performance of materials.
Therefore, the follow-up materials’ thermal processing temperature should not exceed 420℃
It shows that the material in the organization has better thermal stability, which can guarantee the stability of the materials’ properties.
