Abstract.
The chemical reaction between a pozzolan and calcium hydroxide results primarily in the formation of calcium silicate hydrates (C-S-H) that could have various compositions and structures [8].

By the roles of physical chemistry between the curing agent and soft soil, the foundation bearing capacity is improved and settlement is reduced.
Specific soil layer distribution are as follows: (1) Soil 0~3m for plant soil tillage.(2) The 3~5.5m for the newly sedimentary clay, plastic, a beige, structure has the larger gap, bearing capacity is low, only 80 kPa. (3) 5.5~9 m for silty clay, plastic, with grey, high bearing capacity, for 150 kPa. (4) 9~12m for powder soil, gray, plastic, in saturated state, bearing capacity are low for 85 kPa.

The simplest N-H bearing molecule ammonia was chosen as the precursor for the N
termination to simplify the gas phase and surface reaction chemistry.
Better characterization of the surface structure using FTIR to identify N-H bonds can help optimize the deposition conditions to minimize subsurface incorporation.

In accordance with the TEM observation, the ratio ID/IG decreased with reaction temperatures, indicating that the carbon species formed at high reaction temperature had more graphite like structure.

However, the concept of carbon based micro-fluid electrolyte in the vanadium redox flow battery has many remaining challenges, especially in optimizing the VRB structure, searching the properties of carbon particle that are appropriate for this concept, improving the conductivity, stability of carbon suspension which should have the study of the zeta-potential between the CB particle and electrolyte in order to know the relations between the concentration of vanadium ion and particle size of CB, studying the mechanism of the carbon particle reaction in the cell such as adsorbing and desorbing of the ion in electrolyte of carbon particle, electric double-layer capacitance of electrode.

A much higher growth
rate (> 100 μm/h) with a good surface morphology and low residual doping concentration has been
obtained with this process chemistry.
For these polytypes, the exposed surface steps have a different reactivity (due to a different local crystalline structure) and, because of this, a different lateral velocity which leads to a bunching of the steps, a mechanism which is independent of the deposition conditions.
