General review of existing design
According to the design data, the section shape of tunnel is shown in Figure10: geological condition of deep burying segment for V grade rock and price of engineering materials are shown as follows:
Section optimization for V grade rock buried under 20 m
As this rock segment is at shallow burring segment, the rock pressure can be calculated in the method specified in the highway tunnel regulation.

Introduction Plasma spray forming technology is internationally newly developed material processing technology that heats and accelerates powder material in the high temperature and high-speed plasma jet, so that powder material impacts spray model in molten or semi-molten state, then it takes shape rapidly with quench solidification.

Introduction
The basic requirement for soldering materials is that their melting temperature is lower than that of the parts being soldered to ensure proper conductivity and mechanical contact between the parts without damaging them.

Introduction
Steel is still one of the most important engineering materials in use today for structural works regardless of vehement competition for other purposes [1].
A good numbers of researchers [4,5,6,7,8] have conducted investigations into the causes of building collapses and one of the most frequently adduced causes is that the structural properties of the materials used in the actual constructions do not conform with standards.
Materials and Method The materials used in this research include medium carbon steel (with chemical composition shown in Table 1) and quenching media which include coconut water (CW), pap water (PW) and spent engine oil (SPE).
