Preface
Starting with 1999, the International Conference on Materials Science and Engineering -
BraMat (Brasov Materials), organized every odd year in Brasov at Transilvania University, is one of
the main important scientific events in the field of Materials Science and Engineering, from
Romania and Europe.
BraMat International Conference 2015 was organized by "Transilvania" University of Brasov - Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering in cooperation with Academy of Technical Sciences from Romania, the Foundry Technical Association of Romania, the Association for Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering and the Romanian Welding Society.
The conference's contributions have been presented, oral or poster, in the frame of the traditional sections of the conference, as follows: Equipment and Technologies in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering, Advanced Welding EcoTechnologies and Safety, Modelling and Simulation in Materials Engineering.
Out of all papers, 69 authors have chosen to publish their contributions in Advanced Materials Research journal edited by Trans Tech Publications.

Now people on the adhesive bonded joints on hygrothermal aging resistant performance although have many methods, but the limited simulation environment and material aging properties between the rules, cannot really reflect the changes of properties of materials in the myriads of changes, the actual conditions in addition, although non metal bonding joint material does not exist formation potential corrosion, but the glued non-metallic materials, water swelling and hydrolysis and other issues, to study the hygrothermal aging is more complex.
These methods are not only suitable for metal materials, and suitable for surface treatment of non metallic materials.

Introduction
The carbon felt refers to a class of non-metallic solid materials, which carbon as the main ingredient, due to the 90% gap in the carbon felt, so the thermal insulation properties of it in a vacuum or inert atmosphere is very advantageous.
Experiments using self-made chemical vapor deposition equipment,A diagram experiment device is shown in Fig. 1.Materials used polyacrylonitrile fiber felt (PAN) produced by jiangsu yixing Tianniao company, The properties of material as shown in Table 1.Zhaoxin RXN-6020 type dc current as the heating equipment.

The theory encourages businesses to rethink their reliance on virgin resources and instead develop new supply chains based on renewable, recyclable, or upcycled materials.
For instance, companies can reduce costs by reusing materials, which can lead to more stable and sustainable business models [14].
The key themes identified included regulatory policy, social factors, supplier selection criteria (cost, quality, delivery), and innovation techniques (e.g., eco-friendly materials).

Mentioned that TiO2 was mostly applied as pigments, filters, adsorbents, catalyst supports, photoconductors ,coatings, and dielectric materials.
Bilik and Plesch, 2007 [6] reported that the size of the TiO2 particles is a key factor affecting the performance of the materials.
Even using different amount of the starting materials, the obtained powder size is different for the same route (Li et al.,2002) [7].
Firstly, the stoichiometric measurements of the starting materials were weighed out.
The gel preparation process was started when the starting materials are dissolved in absolute ethanol under vigorous stirring.
