Analysis shows that as a complicated system engineering, reinforcement scheme selection should take feasibility, safety and economy into account.
Although serious engineering accident does not happen, improper use of structure will lead to extremely uneven internal force distribution which will affect the structure’s ability to resist lateral force, especially under seismic load or other power loads.
During the welding process, it needs to pay attention to preventing the increase of flange residual deformation, which produces secondary stress for construction members. 5 Conclusions Through reinforcement analysis of adding-storey for this workshop, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) Storey-added reconstruction of building is complicated system engineering.

Magneto-rheological (MR) dampers, recently, have been widely utilized in many different
areas of engineering for their high properties.
Introduction MR dampers have drawn great attentions from many disciplines in recent years, such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering etc [1, 2].The highly nonlinear dynamic nature of MR damper, however, has proven to be a significant challenge for researchers who wish to characterize its behavior.

Abstract.
So in engineering, it is needed to balance the bearing strength and stiffness of joints.
Therefore, in engineering, double-lap is top-priority for mechanic joints.
So in engineering, it is needed to choose proper lapped plates and hole diameter.
