Lutrol F127 was slowly added to cold water (4°C).
The pH of formulations was measured (n=3) using a pH meter (Professional Meter PP-15 Sartorius, Goettingen, Germany).
A 5-mL aliquot of gel was transferred to test tubes (internal diameter about 1.8 cm) and immersed in a thermostat water bath at 4°C.
Block copolymer pluronic  F127 gel was mentioned to be formed by H-bonding in the aqueous system, caused by the attraction of the pluronic ether oxygen atom to a proton of water [18].
The decrease in solubility of the PPO block of F127 in water would favor micellization and reduce the cmt.

People enjoy daily interaction with the soil, water, wind, plants and animals.
In order to achieve this social dimension, people within the village shall grow food as much as possible within the community bio-region, support organic food production there, create home out of locally adapted materials, use village-based integrated renewable energy systems, protect biodiversity, foster ecological business principles, preserve clean soil, water and air through proper energy and waste management etc.
However, some unintended negative consequences from it are becoming more and more obvious and severe: air, water and soil pollution, huge amount of waste and trash, reduced cultural and biological diversity, wide-spread poverty, production of highly dangerous materials, the damage to the natural system’s ability of maintaining its healthy and fertile system.
The focus has been placed on how to reduce our waste release into air, water and soil, how to sand less materials to landfills while maintaining our living quality, how to improve the producing techniques so they deplete natural resources more slowly and produce fewer dangerous materials.

The cutting fluid "Unizor-M" (5%-solution of synthetic "Unizor-M" on the basis of water-soluble oligomers, surfactants, functional additives with the inclusion of corrosion inhibitors and biocides) combines the high cooling and low lubricating properties [2].
The cutting fluid "Ferrobetol-M" (5%-emulsion "Ferrobetol-M" based on vegetable and mineral oils, surfactants, and anti-friction additives) is an oil-in-water emulsion with anti-friction additives and has the high lubricating and low cooling properties [3].
The cutting fluid "EkoEM-1" (5%-microemulsion semisynthetic "EkoEM-1" based on vegetable and mineral oils, surfactants and anti-friction additives) is a semi-synthetic oil-in-water microemulsion with anti-friction additives and has the high lubricating and medium cooling properties [4].
From this we can conclude that the combination of medium cooling and lubricating action or high lubricating and medium cooling action, which provided by a semi-synthetic microemulsions or a semi-synthetic oil-in-water microemulsion with anti-friction additives, is effective.
