At the same time, the following points were observed among the main environmental problems:
- soil cover damage, which is caused primarily by erosion as a result of natural factors (arid climate, strong winds and global climate changes), as well as anthropogenic factors (cutting and damage of field protection belts, destruction of watercourses, construction of industrial enterprises on the left bank);
- fresh water shortage due to a decrease in the amount of precipitation and peculiarities of the region, in particular, high mineralization of the underground water horizon;
- pollution of the estuarine water area due to unauthorized discharge of wastewaters;
- green areas reduction due to tree felling;
- Territory littering, in particular, streams and lowlands, etc.
Prolonged shelling of the territory with weapons of various types, the passage of military equipment, mining caused significant impacts on the environment of these territories, among the main ones we can highlight following: - impact of fires on forest plantations, soils, valuable natural complexes; - damage to soils, forest plantations, valuable natural complexes due to the formation of craters from shells; - soil pollution as a result of falling fragments of projectiles, rocket fuel; - soil compaction due to the heavy equipment movement; - impact on the biodiversity of valuable natural complexes due to shelling (direct effect of fires and explosions, as well as the factor of disturbance, pollution); - pollution of the estuarine water area due to the spillage of oil products, rocket fuel, projectiles), - atmospheric air pollution caused by explosions and fires; - groundwater pollution caused by explosions, migration of pollutants.
Preparation of a professional opinion according to the established form with the attachment of incoming satellite images, in particular from the "Planet" service.

The principles of the rocking energy convertor are as follow:
(1) When the UUV requires energy supply, the UUV is controlled to state near the water surface through adjusting the heave buoyancy mechanism.
Then the anchors is dropped from head and tail of the UUV, them will horizontally tether the UUV near the near water surface.
The UUV will be turbulent by ocean wave in the near water surface.

First, to prepare a solution of gelatin (7% wt.), a defined amount of it was placed in 50 ml of distilled water (previously heated to 90 ± 2ºC) and stirred until a clear solution was obtained.
To determine the moisture-lipid balance of the skin, a professional skin moisture and oiliness analyzer Belulu Skin Checker (Japan) was used.
It is important to note that the use of new smart bioactive humic-polymer hydrogel transdermal materials based on gelatin and sodium alginate modified with humic acids improves the water-lipid balance of the skin.

The effect of modified with rubber pretreatment was more obvious, the common modifier substantially was water, sodium hydroxide solution, latex, and the silane coupling agent solution, CCl4 and so on.
Liu Juanhong, Song Shaomin [15] crumb rubber toughened the study of cement-based composites by orthogonal analysis found that under certain conditions the amount of cement and water-cement ratio, the rubber had a strong absorbent, and the slump reduced with the increasing of the rubber content, and the water retention have improved at the same time.
While in the mass fraction of the rubber was 10% of cement, 0.6% of water reducer Sulphamate, the flexural strength improved compared with the reference concrete in the mechanical properties of rubber concrete tests [18].
Since the rubber concrete researches started, in terms of basic mechanics, rubber particle size, rubber content, methods have many theoretical results, but in many practical applications have been limited, and many of the problems had to be solved. (1) The nature of the external mixed rubber, size, quality, lack of uniform technical standards. (2) The lack of technical specifications about the process guidance about Rubber concrete. (3) Modifying agent, the dose was still in the exploratory stage, and the reliability for a wide range of applications should to be tested.
