This phenomenon occurs due to the shifting of the burning region toward regions 2-6 due to accumulation of fissile materials during 10 years of operation.
It is shown that for about 50 years of life the accumulation of fissile material is more dominant than burning process.

Abstract: The ruthenium-based electrocatalysts supported on carbon black were prepared by the decarbonylation of the transition metal carbonyl with the 1,6-hexanediol as the solvent.
Therefore, the alternative materials, which can substitute the precious metal Pt-based catalysts, are urgently required.
Transition metal chalcogenide materials present high stability and activity for the ORR by the directly four-electron process, making them be expected to be promising non-Pt oxygen reduction catalysts in PEMFC.

From the XRD data, XRD signals at Si(111), (200), (311), Al (111) and Al (200) were detected which indicates the formation of nanocrystalline material.
