Strengthen the modern passenger information system, passenger public information service platform, freight service network and logistics management information system construction, speed up the networking operation of with the civil aviation, railways, urban transport and other travel information system, realize the passenger and freight information sharing, optimize the spatial and temporal distribution of traffic flow, reduce invalid, unreasonable transportation and the energy waste brought about by traffic congestion [10].
