Introduction
In terms of solid state physics, the materials belong to ultrafine particles (200-500nm) or nanomaterial (<100nm) when the particle size reduced to 1µm or less.
Zeolite is a kind of micro porous crystal materials with uniform pore structure and its special structure is composed by tetrahedral TO4(T=Si or Al) that connected through common oxygen atoms.
According to growth mechanism of zeolite A [1], the initial aluminosilicate gel was formed with high concentration after the raw materials mixed.
Furthermore, both of them are closely related to solution saturation of active materials, and higher saturation result in faster and more crystal nuclei formation.
