Introduction Natural rubber has been used widely in aerospace, national defense industry, tire industry and medical elastomer etc, because of its excellent comprehensive performance. However,NR is easy to mildew during storage for the protein exist in NR,and which would decrease the performance of NR.So it is important to produce NR with mildew resistant performance. As natural macromolecular materials, chitosan and its derivatives are extensively used to prepare all kinds of antibacterial materials for their important role in antibiosis[1]nowadays.So CMCS was chosen to prepare NR mildew resistant materials, and the effect of CMCS on the thermal stability of NR was discussed in this paper.
Experiments Materials.
Limited,Guangdong, China; CMCS was commercial product with analytically pure, all other materials were commercial products with chemical pure.
Ea is an important parameter characterized the thermal stability of materials.
