The diameter of the silver-coated FBG sensing probe is only 0.125 mm, with the PVC materials deposited around the surface of the both ends with a diameter of 0.9 mm.
Silicon is usually used as substrate materials in traditional micro thermal gas flow sensors.
In recent years, researchers launch out into a series of experiments to research the influences which are caused by different sensor substrate material, structure or size by using finite element softwares[13].
PVC materials with a diameter of 0.9mm are also added to both ends for protection.

ReRAM is based on MIM structure (metal-insulator-metal), and insulator lay between two metal layers is generally consist of binary metal-oxide, perovskite oxide, sulfide and organic materials.
Among all the materials of insulator layer, binary metal-oxide such as Nb2O5, Al2O3, Ta2O5, TiO2, Zr2O, Cu2O, ZnO etc [4-7] are most hopeful because its processes are easy and compatible with IC technology.

In this study, apple pomace was raw material, phlorizin was the separation and purification objects, and organic solvent extract was used to prepare crude extracts.
This study can be a reference as the depth processing and comprehensive utilization of pomace, at the same time this study can open a new avenue for finding a new raw materials of preparing phlorizin.

A Flexural mechanism uses flexibility of material for desired motion objectives.
Introduction The progress in the fields of electronics, material science and advanced manufacturing has kept increasing demands for the ultra-precision technology [1].
Hence, it can often save space andreduce costs of parts, materials and assembly labor.Other possible benefits of designing compliance (flexibility) intodevices may be reductions in weight, friction, noise,wear, backlash and importantly, maintenance.
Finite element model is created by using SOLID45 element which considers linear material behaviour.
