It is known that the hydrophobic surface could be prepared by using two methods: one is to build the rough structure on the surface of the hydrophobic materials; the other is to modify materials with low surface energy on the rough surface[2].

Analysis of vibration fault diagnosis of rotating machine 6 typical vibration faults discussed in this paper are imbalance (IB), misalignment (MA), oil whirl (OW), shaft cracking (SC), pedestal looseness (PL) and impact and rub (IR) which come from the vibration fault simulator in Huazhong university of Science & Technology, shown in Fig. 1.
