Introduction
In structural materials, such as high precipitation-hardening alloys, ferritic-pearlitic and austenitic steels, which are widely used in various branches of engineering in intensive high energy impact (such as deep plastic deformation, heat treatment of supersaturated solid solutions, which leads to their breakdown, ion implantation, chemical heat treatment, welding, etc.) heterophase structures with micro-and nanoelements are formed [1].
This work is performed within the state-funded project of JSC "Parasat" entitled "Development of technology for advanced stainless alloys and their products with high technological and operational characteristics".
