Keywords: response spectra; long characteristic period; empirical probability distribution; Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) goodness-of-fit test; probability guaranty spectra
Abstract. The analyses on the statistical probability of the response spectra have an important role in determining the earthquake demand.
It is developed based on the statistical average spectra of a large number of ground motions, and also partly decided by the engineering judgments in building codes [1-3].
Considering the averaged spectra is usually used in fitting the design spectra in practical together with the engineering judgments.

Key words: lightweight aggregate concrete; basalt fiber; PVA fiber; fluidity; segregation degree
Abstract: For lightweight aggregate concrete, fiber materials can reinforce its toughness and strength better and improve its segregation degree greatly.
But it is of low flexural strength and high brittleness and it is easily damaged by crackles and brittleness, which restricts its application in practical engineering.
