There is a tendency to connect the properties of different type of materials in multilayered composition [4,5].

Introduction
In the present times, the plant raw materials from annual growing plants are getting more attention of pulp and paper industry specialists.
This is due to the availability and low cost of the raw materials, which is considered waste for the agriculture.
When using electrochemical oxidation siliceous materials in the form of silicic acid were removed from alkali hydrolyzate with simultaneous neutralization of alkali reagent solution.

The essence of this phenomenon is due to a local non- rock materials even destruction, that is caused by the prefabricated structural surface .With 19.4MPa rock samples of constant stress long-term continuous role, its internal damage phenomenon emerged .
Although this injury is not very serious, but for a long time, rock materials’ weak locals such as structural surface are unable to withstand the long-term accumulation of tiny flaws, local emergence of non-uniform damage.

The normal distribution of the measured young’s modulus in Fig 5 shows that NBD200 material has a higher Young’s modulus than TSN03NH and SN101C material.
TSN03NH material has a narrower range of distribution, which indicates that potentially TSN03NH has better consistency in material processing.
