Abstract.
Dynamic recrystallization during FSW was reported for both materials, stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
Stacking fault energy (SFE) of the materials can affect dislocation interactions or strength during thermo-mechanical processing.

Introduction
Recently, the need to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials and structures under varying
loads has arisen in various industrial and research applications such as material testing, modal testing,
crash testing, dynamic weighing, robotic, airplane and vehicles dynamics, and the monitoring of the
soundness of various structures.
In this method, the inertial force of a mass levitated with a pneumatic linear bearing is utilized as the reference force applied to the objects being tested, such as force transducers, materials and structures.
The LMM is experimentally applied to material testing, e.g. to the evaluation of the viscoelasticity of materials under an oscillating load [1] or an impact load [2,3].
Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of the LMM-based experimental setup for evaluating the dynamic response of materials against forced oscillation.

The technology of conducting melting on pure charge materials without use of cast iron scrap and return is briefly described.
Liners of IMC is made by stuffing of acid or original materials.
We used ferrochrome FH800, nickel N1 and steel scrap of St.3 grade, Steel 20 as charge materials.

For metal materials, especially materials difficult to deform in aerospace field, some disadvantage
such as poor forming performance, small limit of forming parameters, the forging structure difficult
to control can not be avoided.

In other words, environmental specialists must have a good command in interdisciplinary knowledge, because the subject of environmental science itself is in strong interrelations with a range of disciplines [1, 2].
For such concepts as substance, energy, speed, temperature, relative length of connection is equal to one, and so meets the requirements of fundamentality of academic material elements (concepts) for this academic discipline.
