The constraints
For guarantee the breaking spring is in normal operationand coaxiality, the inner and outer spring layer must be made of same materials and their direction of rotation was opposite, in addition, the basic requirements as follows must be met[5,6].

Abstract.
Introduction Particle-reinforced steel matrix composite has been extensively studied as materials bearing high hardness, exceptional strength and elastic modulus[1-3].When hard SiC particles were incorporated in steel matrix, gains from both ceramic phase and steel matrix could improve the mechanical properties, such as strength and wear resistance of the steel matrix[4-5].
The uniformity of composing particles greatly affected the properties of composite materials[8-10].
