Based on the data of the Nanfeng citrus yield, planting area and freezing injury lost and the minimum air temperature in winter from 1961-2010, the meteorological yield was decomposed.
Data Source Nanfeng citrus total yield, cultivation and disaster situation from 1961 to 2010 come from Nanfeng Agricultural Bureau and Statistic Bureau.
Weather data from 1961 to 2010 comes from meteorological bureau Nanfeng County, Jiangxi Province.
As data shows, since 1961, Nanfeng citrus has encountered 7 dramatic yield reductions in the second year after freezing injury of the last winter.
The method of calculating indemnity amount based on weather data provided by meteorological department greatly reduce cost in determining insured amount.

Data Compression and Feature Extraction Based on Principal Component Analysis

Finally, Using Webster method to calculate the related data of signal timing, and Vissim are used to simulate the traffic conditions of the intersection.
In consequence, the capacity of east access after reduction is 1110pcu/h.
In consequence, the capacity of west access after reduction is 824pcu/h.
The deeper research can be done for data research and signal optimization in the future.

From the result of above data, it can be concluded that pure Cu surface existed on as coated Cu with CNT powder.
From the data of Ellingham diagram, Gibbs free energy of Cu2O at 1223 K is -179.9 kJ/mol [O], and that of CO2 and CO are -401.7 kJ/mol [O] and -419.7 kJ/mol [O] [8], respectively.

Hot rolled, laboratory-cast samples of TWIP steel samples (5.4 mm thick) of 22% Mn - 0.6% C (in
mass-%) were cold rolled to different reductions (40 % to 70 %) in a laboratory mill.
