Introduction
TiO2 powder, an important photocatalyst among the semiconductor materials, has activity stability, high oxidation activity, the advantages of good humidity resistance and strong bactericidal properties[1-3].
This can prevent materials from being broken in the process because of no gas-liquid interface and zero surface tension.
It also retains the original structure and state of the material.

At present, the design theory of the track’s material and its physical dimensions is deduced under the uniform and continuity assumption of the material, without considering the influence of the different material microstructure and property between the surface hardened layer and the heart of the track.
Cast steel material was often used for the hydraulic track.

Whole hot precision forging technics process of clutch gear is as follows : cutting the material →heating material →make semi-finished product (beforehand forging ) →heat → precision forging inner teeth →remaining heat normalizing → turning inner hole , out cylinder and end surface with inner tooth location → gear hobbing out tooth →heat treatment→ shot pellet → mill inner hole → check up , storage.

So the materials are crushed and then discharged of the crushing cavities.
When the rigid bodies impact the materials, at the same time they will be affected by the counterforce from the materials in the crushing cavities.
In this equation, represents the nonlinear restoring force of bulk materials.
It can determine the crushing effect of the materials on both sides is different.

The disc material between the bones is about half as thick.
Surrounding those parts with crumple zones allows the less rigid materials to take the initial impact.

Roll crush is by a heavy grinding rollers rolling over the material layer, the role of static and dynamic pressure is to make the compaction materials layer obtain permanent residual deformation h, shown in Fig.1.
Stress Analysis of The Rolling Compaction Zone Between the Roller and the Materials The mill table rotates initiatively, the roller passive rolling.
The residual deformation of the materials layer (a) The roller circle view direction (b) The roller width direction Fig. 2.
In fact, after the roller rolling, there is elastic recovery of material layer, that is, passing through the grinding roller lowest point, the materials still has the contact pressure with roller.
