Analysis of factors influence on void underneath at concrete pavement joints Zhao Fangran1, Cao Jialin2, Wang Ning3 Airport College ,Civil Aviation University of China,China,300300 frzhao@cauc.edu.cna,Walqj0817@163.comb,nwang@cauc.edu.cnc Key words: Airport Pavement, Void, Deflection, Horizontal Joints Abstract: Three-dimensional finite element analysis was made on the transverse joint stress state of the concrete pavement slab with void underneath using ANSYS.
The engineering practice has showed that local cavity can easily occurred for the falling of caulking material of the concrete pavement, so the void of the plate joint has became the main factor in the damage of concrete pavement.
From the point of engineering construction technology and technical and economic aspects, adding a lot of dowel bars can bring much burden for the pavement construction, it is difficult to make full use of the dowel bar for some dowel bar in the process of the position or the quantity may be arbitrary.

Code for Design of Civil Buildings(GB 50352-2005)made it a compulsory in the outdoor that the external wall decoration must be connected to the main structure stably; exterior insulation materials should be connected to the main body structure and exterior wall firmly, and prevent crack, waterproof, antifreeze, anti-corrosion , anti weathering and anti-shedding; external wall decoration should prevent the strong reflection to pollute the environment.
More and more new materials through constant practice and reform can be more creative to apply to practical engineering projects.
Such as glass installation, it should follow Technical code for glass curtain wall engineering (JGJ 102-102).
