Therefore, following the procedure presented by Albuquerque et al. [3], domain integrals that come from these body forces can be transformed into boundary integrals.
As it can be seen, there is a good agreement between results computed in this work and the meshless local Petrov-Galerkin method proposed by Sladek et al. [5].

Semi-Solid Casting of Al-7wt%Si Alloy in Expendable Molds
H.
This paper reports the preliminary results of the effects of solid fraction, applied force and section thickness on the fluidity of Al-7.1 wt%Si semisolid slurry in the sand mold.
Al Si Fe Cu Mn Mg Cr Ni Zn Liquidus Temp.
Summary 1) Fluidity of Al-7.1 wt%Si semisolid slurry is improved by use of centrifuging force. 2) Fluidity increases approximately linearly with the square of the initial fraction liquid ( 2 Lf fL ∝ ). 3) Fluidity as a function of section thickness shows an exponential relation ( nr f eL ∝ ) where n is a function of external force and is independent of solid fraction. 4) Solid fraction changes along the length of the channels and is highest close to the sprue.
