Utilizing the CA model, we can capture and reveal the dynamics of railway traffic system.
The proposed model corresponds to the strictest case for safety.
The proposed models can be applicable to the simulation of networked railway traffic.

Thus, this is an inexpensive and mobile device, accessible to a wide range of platforms being able to analyze and advise the driver of situations that might endanger the safety in traffic.
To ensure better safety in traffic it is required the monitoring, recording and controlling the most important vital parameters of the driver.
It can be seen that drivers suffering from cardiovascular diseases or sudden outbursts of them, have a higher rate in producing a traffic accident.

As the third contribution in social aspect from compact city, the transport safety is an important evaluation factor for sustainable transport.
Then in a compact city, the density of traffic flow could be higher than other city forms.
Therefore, the compact city mode seems to not be a disadvantage for the transport safety.

Traffic accidents, which are caused by faulty tires, have caused great losses to people's life and property. At present, generally, researching prevention measures of tires puncture are through real car tires tests around domestic and international.
But the vehicles also brought some problems such as rapid increase in traffic congestion, air pollution, traffic accidents, fuel constraints, etc.

Case of Community Roads in Advanced Countries Pedestrianization in Germany By the second half of the 1960s, the pedestrianized areas in German towns were receiving considerable international attention.
Community Road in Korea Currently in Korea, certain areas have pilot project site for the safety of pedestrians.
An incidence of death and serious injury defined as serious traffic accident was set for 1 while the minor traffic accident of 2 weeks or less of treatment was set for 0.
As a result, ‘Pedestrians of 65 years or older’ was shown with the greatest accident severity that it is considered to prepare the measure for the elderly safety when establishing the community road.
In this study, the variables stimulating serious traffic accidents from the traffic accidents occurring on the community road were studied.

Introduction MOST SIGNIFICANT CONSEQUENCES OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS ARE INJURIES AND FATALITIES.
VEHICLES TO PEDESTRIAN IMPACTS MAKE ABOUT 2.5% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS.
