Introduction
The Al-Fe-V-Si alloy with excellent room and high temperature strength, ductility, fracture toughness, good thermal stability, low density and other characteristics favored a new aerospace materials[1-2].
Therefore, the study of evolution of spray forming FVS0812 aluminum alloy’s organizations with the temperature is important to reform alloy’s preparation and improve the performance of materials.
Therefore, the follow-up materials’ thermal processing temperature should not exceed 420℃
It shows that the material in the organization has better thermal stability, which can guarantee the stability of the materials’ properties.

Bilik and Plesch, 2007 [6] reported that the size of the TiO2 particles is a key factor affecting the performance of the materials.
Even using different amount of the starting materials, the obtained powder size is different for the same route (Li et al.,2002) [7].
Firstly, the stoichiometric measurements of the starting materials were weighed out.
The gel preparation process was started when the starting materials are dissolved in absolute ethanol under vigorous stirring.

Cuprous oxide and related materials in nanosizes are of much interest and investigated

SiAlON ceramics are a series of high temperature refractory materials and possess high strength, good thermal shock resistance and resistance of wetting and/or corrosion by molten non-ferrous metals [9, 10].
