Introduction
Nickel is categorized as one of few materials that have small lattice mismatch with diamond.
With this growth type, interfacial stresses between the two materials upon coaling down from deposition temperature can be relieved which prevents coating cracks and delamination [2].

Introduction
Aluminum matrix composites of particle reinforced have been widely used in aviation, aerospace and military fields because of their excellent performance, however, the further application of this material is limited by the characteristics of the material processing [1].
The difficult processing problems of high volume fraction SiC/Al composite materials has become a restriction to the further development and application[2].
More material can be removed with the feed rate increasing in per unit time , which lead the axial force Fz to increase.

Introduction
Electro-magneto-thermo-elasticity is a kind of functional material based on coupling properties of electricity, magnetism, heat and force, which is showing good application prospect in many fields of high and new technology.
The variational principles of thermo-elasticity, the variational principles of electro-magnetic, the variational principles of piezoelectric materials and the variational principles of magneto-elasticity were established in refs.[8-13], respectively.
