We discussed in detail the relationships between the molecular orbital energy, absorption and emission performances and the structures of the four compounds.
In this paper, in order to make a reasonable theoretical explanation for the experimental study, and provide theoretical basis for the further design and synthesis of high performance functional organic light emitting material, by using quantum chemistry calculations, we investigated the structures of the ground and excited states, and the luminescent properties of the four pyridine-containing diacylhydrazones compounds reported in literature [11].
Harmonic frequency analyses were performed at the same levels to confirm that these structures were local minima on the energy surfaces.
In spite of this, but the intramolecular alternate of the single and double bonds is obvious, so the conjugation of the local electronic structure is strong.

Activated carbon fibres (ACFs) are porous carbons with a fibre shape and a well-defined porous structure, which are very promising materials because of their high adsorption capacity and rate.
The use of activated carbon fibres has been continuously growing in recent years[2].Porous carbon materials, a material with porous structure and large internal surface area, is commonly used as adsorbent for the removal of organic matter micropollutants (i.e. pesticides, phenols, aromatic hydrocarbons, humic substances, etc.) in drinking water treatment[3-5].

The persistence and intensity of this band confirm the hydrophilic surface chemistry and the open porosity of the aerogel frameworks, which readily accommodate water molecules within their nanostructured network.
