Introduction
Solder paste is a new type of welding materials developed with SMT, and is mainly used in surface mount reflow soldering process.
The typical incompatibility of materials is the physical and chemical reactions between materials, producing more hygroscopicity or more ionic substances, which further leads to the reduction of electrical insulation and even corrosion products.
If the insulation resistance is unqualified, it means that it is the materials are not compatible, otherwise they are compatible.
Finally, the incompatible materials were screened out by stepwise exclusion method.

This offers fast processing of materials, whose superplastic forming would be restricted otherwise.
Second phase particles are inherent microstructural elements of engineering materials.
They also provide the light-weight materials with a competitive edge.

Introduction
Since the application market of polylactic acid and resin materials is huge, and the application forms of various polylactic acid and resin materials are very diverse.
Hence, it is necessary to add other materials that enhance mechanical properties [1-2].
