Its main work includes: utilize system theory and method combined with engineering characteristics to achieve the goal which is management system integration; fully consider interface compatibility; reasonable setting interface number and position; analysis organization collaborative interface barriers from the unreasonable phenomena; utilize a variety of management theory to mining measures etc.[4].Construction project organization interface management refers to participants communicate, cooperate, mutual collaborate and coordinate the interests of all parties in information, technology, resource, finance and other aspects, in order to achieve expectant project construction goals and ensure the success of project implementation[5].
For the professionals involved in a project, BIM enables a virtual information model to be handed from the design team (architects, surveyors, civil, structural and building services engineers, etc.) to the main contractor and subcontractors and then on to the owner/operator; each professional adds discipline-specific knowledge to the single shared model.
