At present, the problem of using dust, sludge, scale and screenings of materials used in metallurgical production is relevant.
The paper takes into account the extensive experience of joint research work of CJSC Spidermash, UrFU and Institute of Engineering Science in the roller briquetting practical implementation of the various bulk materials screenings, for example, screenings of coke, lime, scale, etc. [4, 16-18].

The Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalyst were prepared by volume impregnation method with water, Ce(NO3)3, Mn(NO3)2 as raw materials.
Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalysts were prepared with different loadings of active materials (the mass ratio of (Mn+Ce)/TiO2 was 16%, 17%, 18%, 19%, 20% and 21%).
Fig.1 Effect of content on the NO removal efficiency Fig.1 shows that when the loading of active materials was 18%, the denitration rate of catalysts could reach the best.
